The company originates and acquires senior and subordinated mortgage loans (B notes, mezzanine loans and preferred equity) on behalf of institutional clients. In addition, it makes select, opportunistic equity investments in recovering sub-markets or assets that can be re-positioned to increase in value over time. Property types include office, industrial, retail, apartments, manufactured housing and hotels located in the United States.  CorAmerica was founded by Ross Dworman and Bill Petak, each with more than 25 years of real estate investment experience. The team has a successful track record investing in both debt and equity on behalf of institutions and HNW family offices.
