Mr. Tran is a Portfolio/Research Associate, responsible for CMBS portfolio management. He provides analytical support for investment management and research related to the purchase, sale, monitoring, administration, and reporting of CRE Securities. Before joining the firm, Mr. Tran worked at East West Bank as an AVP in the Private Equity Group, focusing on credit analysis and loan structuring, and at PennyMac, where he focused on the management of capital markets transactions, including both whole loans and RMBS. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from UCLA.
