Mr. Helling is the manager of the company’s senior commercial mortgage lending platform. Dale has 30 years of experience in the finance industry at Athene Asset Management, ING (Equitable Investment Services) and Principal Financial Group. Mr. Helling earned his BS from Iowa State University and his MBA from Colorado State University. Mr. Helling holds a CCIM designation, an Associate designation from the Chartered Realty Investor Society, and currently serves on the Real Estate Advisory Council at the University of Northern Iowa.
